PRODUCTION TIME
Your grillz will be made and shipped within three months after we confirm payment and approve your dental impressions for production.
Every piece is custom-made using your dental impressions.
Tooth count & color
The cup count is the number of teeth covered. 6on6 means 6 upper and 6 lower teeth; 8on8 means 8 upper and 8 lower teeth; 10on10 means 10 upper and 10 lower teeth. Each color is a finish applied to an SV925 silver base.
Before you order
These grillz are custom-made decorative accessories based on your dental impressions. They are not medical devices. Production and dispatch take place within three months after we confirm payment and approve your impressions. Once your order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for a change of mind. If your item is defective or differs from your order, please aim to contact us within three days of delivery.
Impression kit & return postage
The dental impression kit is sold separately for ¥3,000, including tax, even for your first order. Kits are normally dispatched 3–5 days after payment is confirmed, and no later than five days after confirmation. You pay the postage to return your impressions to us. If another kit is needed to retake your impressions, it costs ¥3,000 including tax, with free standard shipping within Japan.
Shipping
Standard shipping within Japan is free on all orders. Express shipping costs extra and applies only after production is complete; it does not shorten production time. Standard international shipping to supported countries and regions costs ¥3,000 for parcels up to 2 kg. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are your responsibility.
For defects caused by us, we generally offer a free repair or remake and cover return and replacement shipping. If a repair or remake cannot resolve the issue, we will handle returns or refunds in accordance with applicable law. The suggested three-day contact period does not limit your statutory rights.
