HOW TO ORDER
From your dental impressions to your finished grillz.
Every piece is custom-made using your dental impressions.
01. Choose your design
Select your design, tooth count, material, and color, then place your order.
02. Order & payment
We begin preparing your order once we have checked the order details and confirmed payment.
03. Take your dental impressions
If you do not have usable dental impressions, we will send an impression kit approximately 3–5 days after your order. Follow the enclosed instructions and return your impressions to the specified address.
If you already have impressions that can be used for production, we will not send a new kit.
Standard shipping within Japan is free for kits and finished grillz. You pay the postage to return your impressions to us.
04. Production
Once we have checked your impressions, we make your grillz to fit your teeth and finish the details according to your chosen design and material.
05. Quality check
We check the appearance and finish of your grillz before preparing them for dispatch.
06. Delivery
Once the quality check is complete, we ship your finished grillz.
Production time
Production normally takes approximately 2–3 months. Timing may vary depending on the design and production schedule.
Before you order
- Grillz are decorative accessories, not medical devices.
- If you have a metal allergy, check the materials carefully.
- We may ask you to retake your impressions if they are not suitable for production.
- Please read our returns and cancellation policy for the conditions that apply after production begins.
