How long does an order take?

Our grillz are made to order. Production and delivery usually take around 2–3 months, depending on the production schedule.

Do I need an impression kit?

If you already have dental impressions that can be used for production, you generally do not need a new kit. Otherwise, please arrange an impression kit.

How much does kit shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Japan is free for impression kits and finished grillz. You pay the postage to return your impressions to us.

What if my impressions need to be retaken?

We may ask you to retake your impressions depending on their condition. We will contact you with instructions. You may need to purchase an additional kit.

Can I wear grillz if I have a metal allergy?

Some materials may cause an allergic reaction. If you have an allergy or any concerns, consult a medical professional before ordering.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Conditions apply because our grillz are made to order. Please read our repairs and returns information and the sales terms that apply to your order. Contact us if your item is defective or was supplied incorrectly.

Can I order a fully custom design?

Yes. Send your ideas or reference images to the official GRILLZ KYOTO Instagram account by DM.

Are grillz medical devices?

No. Our grillz are decorative accessories, not medical devices.
